shaft warranty ?

i have a moochie black dot that has what looks and feels like its split on both sides. u can catch a fingernail in it.
should i contact them directly or can anyone who is a authorised dealer handle it ?

i have pics availible if i need to send or post them.

If you bought it from a retailer contact them. If you bought it off the internet from a non-authorized dealer or bought it used, just buy a new shaft, as I don't think there will be any warranty if I understand correctly.

You are right Cueman, according to their website, no warranty for eBay cues unless they are from a dealer on there and you have the proper paper work..
