Good morning
The easiest way would be, to have dowells heavier in weight. Pretty standard that dowell weights are all over the place.
Since the introduction of C/f shafts, it has become popular to have weight added inside the joint end, not the ferrule end.
The trick is, to do it where the shaft doesn't feel unbalanced.
