Yes you can, Kozoom offers them in the UK, DoubleDaveCues in Germany... There are even more out there. You can find alot of OB stuff in Europe if you're willing to look a bit.

Avoid the headache altogether and get an OB. Best advice anyone ever gave me as far as pool is related.
