shafts conditioned and new tips applied

Try posting this in the "Ask the Cuemaker" section of the Forum along with your location. There are excellent cue repair places everywhere but it's best to get some recommendations. Good luck in your quest.

im looking for someone to clean, condition and retip my shafts!! any suggestions, who does good work?
If you don't mind shipping them out, give Scot Sherbine at Proficient Billiards a call. His cue maintenance and repair work has a deservedly stellar reputation, his prices are very fair, and his turnaround time is pretty quick.

Sounds like routine work for any cue repair guy with a lathe. Have you tried asking around in your locally? Around my area, many poolhalls have one onsite or have someone they can recommend.
