I never figured out what people have against a Meucci?1pRoscoe said:well, I would buy them, but I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing that my money was contributing to the purchase of a Meucci....sorry.

can you explain that to me?

Most people after they play for a little while think that they are "to good" to be using a Meucci, when in reality Meucci makes a decent cue. I too was one of those most people. I have actually owned at least a half dozen Meucci's at one point in time.DougT said:I never figured out what people have against a Meucci?

I think that they play OK. My problem is with the quality of construction. Almost everyone I know either has a ferrule to crack or a ring to come unglued from the shaft or butt. A couple of guys had the butt sleeve come unglued. I also don't like the wrap being sprayed.Kevin Lindstrom said:Most people after they play for a little while think that they are "to good" to be using a Meucci, when in reality Meucci makes a decent cue. Are these problems mostly with the older cues? or newer cues?Mike Templeton said:I think that they play OK. My problem is with the quality of construction.
