The First Amendment:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

So, who does the 1st amendment restrict? Congress. it doesn't apply to message boards or social platforms like Twitter.

Maybe your question should be ask to a guy like Yale Law Professor who is Expert on US Constitution.

Honestly if the Constitution and it’s Amendment were easy understand.

We would not need lawyers, judges, courts, or SCOUS.
 
That seems pretty straight forward. It protects citizens from government censorship and protects the press from government.

Private enterprises like this board are not covered under freedom of speech. If Mike decided to ban someone for say, name calling, that would be his prerogative and the 1st amendment would not apply.

There is no discussion of 1st amendment rights on private enterprises.
The first amendment restricts government, not Mike and AZB and not Twitter and Elon.
Either can censor anything they wish, the sites are their property and are not governed by Constitutional amendments.
