Anyone know what cue Shane Van Boening is playing with? Is the butt of the cue something he had designed?

Looks to me that Shane's new cue has an enlarged handle.

So did his old cue. New one looks to be made that way on purpose. Last one was taped up considerably thicker ala Strickland style.
