JC made a great point on another thread about sharp tools, his point is very correct.
I keep a constant rotation of 10 router bits. I take 5 in for sharpening at a time, at $5.50 each, it's a lot cheaper than buying new ones.
The company I use is BAMTOOL.com here in Salem Oregon, they also produce many cutting tools under BAMCARBIDE.com Call them Monday thru Thursday, they have done me good for over five years now.
I can imagine someone living far from town being able to mail their bits in and quickly getting back perfection. This would save you time and money.
Maybe you have a similar service near you or you sharpen your own, either way, I Thank JC for bringing it up, I was wanting to make this thread.
