Shedua , is it much heavier than maple ?

Wondering if a solid shedua butt would be hard to get a forward balance with .

It tends to be a little heavier than Maple, but not a whole lot. I built my wife a cue with a one piece butt of Shedua and it played really good. I would not call it forward balanced. Just naturally balanced.
