Ok, so I was bored; as I usually am. I just received a cue from MonsterMash and it was shipped in a hard pvc plastic tube. I said to myself, "This has got to be the best way to ship a cue!" Hard plastic should have more pros than your regular hard cardboard tube. It's less flexible, giving it an advantage in hardness over cardboard. However, that same advantage can be a con as too much pressure can snap it. Though extreme temperatures over time may compromise structural integrity. But I digress.
Anyway, I'm shipping a cue out to hangemhigh and figured I'd use this tube. I know many of us reuse tubes so I thought, why not sign your AZ Handle somewhere [in small print] on the tube, then put a piece of tape over it. Then when you ship it around the place, we get to see where the tube has been. Maybe it'll make it around the world, maybe it won't. It's a silly little thought but maybe we'll get some people who are interested in showing this baby the many places of the world!
Just got to make sure that the post office does not put their postage over our names, but rather, close to the address slip. When you receive the tube, just peel off the old address and postage and then replace it with the new shipping address!
Only other stipulation is that you must take a picture of the tube with your handle and then send it to me so I can add it to this first post.
