Ant one every considered using desiccant bags when shipping cues. The place I worked at we used them in the summer to ship steel tube and it kept the contents cooler and dry, much more than you would think

It's a neat idea. I have them on all my cue case. I have not seen them in any cues that was shipped to me.

These are Silica Gel which absorbes moisture. U can usually find this inside a medicine container. It's a small bag which contains small seed like substance inside.
