It's time to shine next week in OLATHE Kansas at the Legendary Shooters pool room. A rebirth of what was for many years the quintessential Midwest tournament hotspot. Not since Covid has there been a major shooters event until now with the resurrection of the Midwest 9 Ball Tour event.

There is a lot of history at this room for pool players all over the Midwest and just as much history for myself as I drove 800 miles out there routinely to produce the events. I am very thankful to be invited back to cover the action.



64 Players in ONE POCKET – and NO CUT OFF for the 9 BALL EVENT who never know who is going to show up and compete.



The broadcast will be live on my website www.billiardnet.tv on my PPV platform where you can also watch all the archives from the tournament and previous years events. I made a special price of only $29.99 to catch all the action and to support my work going on 15 years of broadcasting pool.

Mike, I really want to subscribe to this tournament. Are you going to show one pocket till finish ? Are you going to have 2 tables to choose from, or 3 ?

Well I am definitely doing 2, and will have all of one pocket. I'll have to see what the internet situation is but I may even do 2 all the time for one pocket. I'm bringing 3 complete streaming rigs. But worse case scenario is 1 for all of one pocket, and 1 for 9 ball saturday on and then 2 for 9 ball. All depends on internet it's going to be packed as well so I can only do what I can do.

I guess using on-line brackets is just too hi-tech for this event. no way to follow the scores unless you're in the room. evelyn runs a great event but on-line brackets are kinda the norm these days.
