I always enjoy tournament coverage and results so here is my contribution. Shooters in Olathe, KS is having a 1 pocket and 9 ball tournament this weekend. The 1 pocket began on Thursday with 31 players. The format is race to 3 with alternating break. The top players in the tournament are James Walden, David Matlock, Danny Harriman, Lee Heuwagen, Joe Salazar and Ike Runnels. Advancing to the winners side were Ike Runnels, Lee Heuwagen, Bruce Bellington, James Walden, David Matlock, Norman Luther, and one other local. The big upset was local Norman Luther beating Danny Harriman 3-1. I'll post the results for the 1 pocket and 9 ball.
