I'm not sure how to interpret your poll question, so I did not vote there.

I line up the shot on center of CB to center of Ghost Ball.
If I need English, I bridge on the natural pivot point and use back hand English pivoting on the bridge.

Thanks for the feedback. I think your vote should be "CB center" (I probably should have added "to GB center").

What kind of throw?

Why do you do what you do?

Don't really know.
Just do it by feel, I guess.
Seems to work out ok.

I am left eye dominant but I still keep the cue under my right eye for alignment purposes. I aim contact point to contact point. I didnt understand the pool and voted that I aimed down the cue stick. I keep the cue stick under the right eye. When I am playing English on the cue ball of any kind my eye is aligned to the center of the cue ball.
