Performance Report- On Kamui black ,should be available soon !! Pricing issues, H<M<S<SS ( super soft.) I put the tip on a 59" phillippi. Another winner from Kamui. I was playing snooker on 5-10. And 8-ball with the large Casino balls. I don't see any noticable change in about 6 hrs of play. I broke the snooker racks wide open, with the Big Kamui- full size was comfortable !!! Just in case anybody's interested. Mark

Do you know the specific difference between the orginal to the black will the hard be harder that the original?

Since we are on the subject....

I started playing with Kamui tips when they first came out. I loved them so much that I tried to keep them a secret as long as possible from other players I knew (opponents). However, the last two Kamuis that I have used have mushroomed significantly. As a matter of fact, the other day I had one mushrooming so bad in a tournament I immediately had my friend run it to his house and put it on his lathe. Here is my question(s): Is it because I use a soft Kamui, or because I bought a few of them and the last two are probably 1 year old? Do the Medium tips mushroom? Anybody else had this problem? Don't get me wrong, I love the tip and will continue to do so. I'm just considering trying a medium if I know that it won't mushroom as bad. Thanks!

I use mediums and hard Kamui tips and haven't had any problem with mushrooming.

1on1 I think you should try the MS Kamui II. Since you can move up halfway. The MS is a very good tip . ( When avail-try soft again) mark
