I would guess that the vast majority of all the accts banned here are really just a handful of people who keep coming back. Fast Larry has to have had at least 4-5 accts banned all by himself. This core group of banned folks are real jackasses and would hurt the azb board alot.

You have to keep a little bit of order in the playground or else the bullies take over.
