Should I try to fix warped cues?

I bought some used one piece Valley cue sticks at a yeard sale recently. Most of the cue sticks have slight warp just before the tips when you look down the cue. Probably from leaning up against a wall over time. Can this be fixed? Is this really a problem I should worry about?

If you're going to use the shaft end, yes. If you're going to toss the shaft end and just use the butt, you should be fine. Valley has never been known for great quality, but if wood is dry and stable it should be usable. Having floated around a bar for a few years, dry shouldn't be a problem.
