I practiced for a few hours the previous weekend and was working on my alignment. I was holding my back arm in a slightly different position to keep my elbow over the cue more. After about 2 hrs. there was some wicked pain in the back of my trapezius, to the point where I couldn't shoot well. The position of my arm was helping my stroke and really wasn't too different from my previous position. The pain is still there and doesn't seem to be anything more than muscle stiffness. I'm really surprised it's been 8 days and I'm still sore from just a slight change in my alignment. I had no pain in that area previous to that session. Anybody else had a problem like this?
