I began looking for a table a few weeks ago, and reached out to Josh of Absolute Billiard Service to get my bearings and see what might be out there on the used market. He was very generous with his time in answering my questions and pointing me in the right direction, even though the information he gave me led me AWAY from purchasing a used table he had in stock. This made a very positive impression on me, and I subsequently used Josh and his assistant Jordan to move and install a used 7' Diamond Pro-Am I found in Pittsburgh. Both table mechanics were professional and did a great job. I will definitely be using Absolute in the future.

Josh at Absolute Billiard Service modified my Gold Crown sub-rails. I had the same great customer service that had, he went out of his way to explain things to me and also talk me through replacing my bed cloth, something he was not being paid to do yet he spent all the needed so I could complete the job.
