I just want to give a shout out to O.B cues. I had bought 1 ob classic shaft 2 ob classic+ shafts and 1 ob1+ the 3 classic ferrules cracked on the classics and the ob1+ the top rings in the ferrule had expanded, so I called them and they told me to send them in and they would take a look at them( I never filled a warranty out). Well I sent them off and the guy got in touch with me and said I was letting my tips get too low (love the hit of a low tip )and that he would fix them this time FREE OF CHARGE, but if it happens again I would need to pay for the repair. One of the ferrules for sure I didn't let get low(the ob1+)But I just wanted to share and say THANKS O.B for standing behind your product.
