Ernie was retired for a while. Back then, probably when you were in diapers Marcus, Timi Scruggs was the first cue maker to bridge the points. He is very proud of this accomplishment. And it was very inovative. Phillipe and others went nuts with it soon after.
Timi was a true inovater in design here. I rember when he told me about doing it for the first time! "Yep" ,he said ,"the one thing I can say that I did first that no one ever did was the boxed veneers you know bridging the veneers?"
And that's the truth!
