A freind of mine told me about some sign lettering that will glow in very dim light if put on a black background. Alas, he doesn't know where to get them. Does anyone know anything about this. It would save utility hook-up charges and money on your monthly bill.

The only thing I can think of that he might be talking about are whats called dayglow letters. The problem with those is 2 fold, they only last about 6 to 9 months before they fade out to almost nothing and they are about $125 a set.
