my cue has plain black dress collars, the shafts have silver rings in the dress collar.
i'd like to blacken them out, what's the best thing to do?
at the same time, can the over lip be removed?
The correct solution is to replace the ring-set on the shafts with a single black ring.
The jnt. diameter issue can be addressed at the same time.
There will be finish work involved.
