Siming Chen plays 3cushion?

I’ve been watching this great streaming and listening to commentating from Mary K. Who kept saying that Siming Chen’s dad own a 3cushion room and she started playing 3c before pool. I kinda doubt it. Can someone collaborate this. Thanks

I have no idea on the validity of those statements, but from my observations watching the match and her kicking, I would doubt it.
 
I have heard several times that Ga-Young-Kim's father owns a room in Korea and she started playing 3-c before pool. But never heard that about Siming Chen and I don't know if they play any 3-c in China but they sure do in Korea.

Intereting question, but why is asked in the live streaming forum? I only saw this because I was searching for stream of Olathe 1pocket. :)
