Simonis 760 Fold Marks

no just that you dont know for sure. and it is up to the installer to guarantee his work.
and part of that would to have been said if it doesnt completely come out in say two weeks he will put in new cloth or something.
never leave it to the customer to have to hope and wait.

and if vacuuming it and using cleaner takes it out then the installer should have done that.

when you leave a job the customer should be satisfied its all good if any doubt then it should be fixed.

It takes just time. I don´t think installer have 2 weeks to wait...

I had a few similar fold marks on an olhausen I covered recently. I misted it lightly with water, restretched it ever so slightly and rubbed it with the wood side of a smooth table brush. went away immediately. Fold marks I’ve learned are common and can be a problem.

so you took care of it right then and didnt tell your customer to not worry about it and it will go away. without telling him what will be done if it doesnt and when.
hats off to you. good job.

This is why I don’t iron my clothes.

The wrinkles will fall out sooner or later. 😳

Much ado about nothing… and half of the people were ready to lynch the installer:)
Fold marks on new installations always will eventually disappear, as long as the cloth is stretched properly. I agree the installer should always inform their client of this before leaving.
