My pool room recently refelted its tables with tournament blue Simonis 860 cloth. They purchased the Simonis cloth on three separate occasions from the same company. The cloth from the first shipment seems nappier than the cloth from the third shipment. I have the same tournament blue Simonis 860 cloth on my home table and I can definitely tell the difference. Is this a quality control issue?

Maybe they installed it upside down. I remember many years ago a room in Medford would take their old cloth off, clean it, and reinstall it upside down.
