I did the same with JFlowers about their Rodney Morris Legends cue and got no response.

There's some information you should be able to get about a product you're about to plunk down some money on. Asking what the diameter of a butt is at 27 inches or the diameter of a shaft at 12 or 14 is an example. That isn't giving away any design secrets and mostly that's available for joint size.
Funny thing is, some if them do a 30 day money back deal so they'd be helping themselves by given that info. If I were looking for skinny and they sent something at 1.225" I'd sending it back pretty quick.

I emailed Predator about the butt size of one of their models, and they emailed me back and said it was proprietary information. lol.

I did email one of the retailers once about a predator sneaky I was thinking of buying and asked for the diameter. They grabbed one and gave me the diameter. That's always a potential option.
