Well, I've been viewing these forums for quite a while and must say that I'm always impressed with the folks that post here. My new Skip will be ready in about a week or so, so I'm thinking of selling my current one. Just gauging interest at this time. It is a four-point, ebony into birdseye, four veneers, maple-perobarosa-purple heart-ebony, 5/16 x 14 steel joint, steel rings at joint, LBM ferrules, Triangle tips, 13.25mm, ebony butt-sleeve with faux ivory Hoppe ring with thin steel rings on either side, 19.5 oz, immaculate 98% condition. Classic looking cue that hits a ton. PM me if there's interest and I'll try to get a camera and send pics. Thanks.

Iwas a 42152 (aircraft hydraulics) for the first 4 years, then a 3C0X1 for 20...RAF Bentwaters, Wright-Patt, Ramstein, Incirlik, Vandenberg, Randolph...was on the IG for almost three years and visited beautiful Altus on occasion.

Mind if I butt in? I was a 36254 ( phone man). 2+ years at Barksdale, and 3 years at Yokota AB, Japan. Enlisted in '83 and seperated in '89. While at Barksdale, I had Bill Schick make me an eight pointer with 2 shafts. Grand total......$400. I took it back later and he put 16 inlays into the cue. 8 were micarta, and 8 were gold.Inlay work with re-finish was $100.. Those were the good ol' days.

I'm a 4A0X1 or 90670 for the older guys. We've been close. I've been stationed at Wiesbaden (Lindsey Air Station) and Lackland. When were you at Randolph? Also, when I deployed I went through Ramstein, they're closing or have closed the Airport at Rhien Main and built a brand new one at Ramstein.

When I was at Wiesbaden, we used to travel to Ramstein and K-Town all the time to shopping in the huge BX's they have.

BTW, one thing Altus ain't is beautiful. It's a pretty cool assignment though.

Hi,

I bought a beautiful Southwest from Chris. He's a standup guy and I would not hesitate to do business with him again.

Knowing Chris, his Weston is in perfect condition. He is very particular about the condition of his cues.

Regards,

Doug
