Sledgehammer changes?

So i am just curious what the Sledgehammer users here are doing to make their ferulles legal?

Apparently I think the Bca is not endosing a non-leather tip. Probally 60% of all break cues do not use a actuall leather tip. Is there any enforcement of this? And should I just not worry about it?

I purchased a second break cue and set it up with a leather tip. I don't want to modify my Sledgehammer; it hits too good.

I put a Samsara J/B tip on mine. Works like a dream.
