Slow Start to 2014

SVB has had a bit of a slow start to 2014. We are over 83 days into the year and he has only:

Won 6 out of 11 Tournaments.
Played in the finals of 7 out of 11 Tournaments.
Finished Top 10 of 10 out of 11 Tournaments.

This guy needs to practice a lil more. :smile:

Shane's finally passed Gareth Potts as the money leader this year!
All he had to do was win like 10 tournaments to Gareth's 2 lol.
 
Looking at that list he should probably avoid playing 8ball events.... ;)
 
He wins against easy fields.

Notice that he didn't enter our community center 9-ball tournament. (He could be the great-grandson of some of our better players :D)

Just out of curiosity, with one-quarter of the year nearly gone, how much in approximate winnings/earnings does this represent?
 
the real depressing thing is....had SVB gotten into the top 10 , 10 out of 11 golf tournaments (6 of which were WINS), he would have sponsors knocking down his door (offering millions for endorsements), he could become very selective in the tournaments he wishes to play in (ala Tiger), and his grandkids' grandkids would never have to worry about money....BUT, we are talking pool. :eek:

kinda sucks to be that damn good at something only to be rewarded with so little.
