Smoking at tournaments

I do believe that the Capt/n is right on this one. Any proof otherwise would be quite interesting, to say the least.

Also, our pool halls (and bingo and bars and restaurants etc etc) are non smoking for about the last year or so. Of the more interesting changes, the fellows who went outside to smoke their own 'custom rolled' numbers before these laws no longer hide in the alleys, they get lost in the crowds out front now. Hopefully very soon I will no longer be in a position to notice such things.

Yeah, but smoking, and breathing other's second-hand smoke, can speed up the process.
