When the cue was removed, video clearly showed the cue was held entirely by hand going into the drill bit... No chuck, no guides, nothing.

Many thanks sir. Definitely we are keeping it in mind. But honestly and sadly, we have already declined close to a dozen inquiries and even sure orders for cues with ivory as the customers are from the USA. Maybe we could use that option.
