Sniper Tips?

I am currently having a custom cue made for me by a local cuemaker. I usually use Moori mediums on all my cues, but I am debating on making a switch. How would you compare the hit of Tigers Sniper tips to a Moori medium? Is it much harder, or pretty much close to the same??

Thanks for the help.

About the same hardness of hit. The Sniper may feel a bit softer at first. Trust me, you'll never go back to Moori again.
Just make sure your local cuemaker knows how to correctly install the Sniper..they are a bit different...easy to ruin. Have him call Tiger for the proper directions.

Although the Moori is a sensational tip, there is not, currently, a better tip on the market than the Sniper tip by Tiger Products. You will not be disappointed if you make the wise decision to give it a try.

I have found the biggest difference is that the Sniper does not mushroom like most Moori's do.

Note: From an installer's point of view, the Moori tip machines better than any tip I have ever put on a shaft. Cuts like butter. Finishes beautifully as well.

As Varney mentioned, if done correctly, the Sniper tip stacks up well against any other tip out there. (No pun intended.)

i just had kevin put a sniper on one of my schon shafts and i like it.......it does feel quite a bit softer right now than my moori mediums im used to but he told me it will harden up a little over time. Im doing a side by side comparison of them for the next few months but right now the sniper edges out the moori.
