Ebay always has some interesting snooker dvd's. I was wondering if anyone has ever bought one. The reputation of the sellers are excellent, so it seems like a safe buy. But what is the quality?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

.......Anyone? Anyone at all????

Any lurkers out there who know anything, now is the time to sign up for this board.

The only one my friends own is the Ronnie O'Sullivan dvd with his 147 on it. They liked it.

Be aware that dvds from overseas can be the wrong "region" for your home dvd player. Computers can usually convert from PAL to NTSC (the format for US machines) or from region 1 to region 2 so you should still be able to watch the videos on your computer.

If you want a contact to buy NTSC versions of classic snooker matches, PM me and I can send you the e-mail of a guy in the UK who collects and sells matches- including a number of old Alex Higgins matches.

How nice would it be to be able to watch the snooker matches on regular tv like in the UK? I'd trade EVERYTHING they put on ESPN for some real matches at the Crucible...
