Snooker lighting height

Hi,

I just moved a 12' snooker in my house. Now I need to install the lighting fixture. I've read that the light should be about 32" above the table playing surface. Is that measure from the table to the bottom of the light bulbs? or to the bottom of the lighting fixture. Thanks in advance.

One more Q: what is the easiest way to install it with the table below? Thanks.

I actually have my lights against the vaulted ceiling 12 feet or more above the table. Yeah, you're gonna need some serious wattage, but it's easily doable....
