Snooker Players Enlighten A Pool Player

I used to date a girl that her father owned a snooker table but played reg 8 and 9 ball on the table. I would play on that table at least 10 times a week for a few hours each time. I would say that doing that made me a GREAT shooter as when it came time to play on a reg table I never second guessed my shot.
