Touching balls...

If you are touching the blue, and colors are "on", can you still elect another color and score for pocketing it?

Thanks

Yes, you can shoot any ball.
When you're froze on a ball, you have the OPTION of calling an automatic
on the ball you're froze on.

HI here is another one i am ready to pot the pink over pocket however
before i pot the pink my player unscrews his cue would that be loss of game.

Also another one i am ready to pocket black ball and my player takes out the balls from pocket and throws them on the table is that also
loss of game.

Maybe someone knows about these rules

Thanks Leonard

You should start your own post, but both cases are loss of game as they are unsportsmanlike conduct. You can also kick them in the nuts for this type of stuff if you are bigger than them or can run faster. Unless it's to clarify something or to stop you to call a ref over to watch a possible foul, any time the opposing player approaches the table, it is considered a concession. He did not even have to take any balls out, just by walking to the table and standing there it's a loss.
