after dots 22break, ebdonmakes a nice 107 break to make it 9-15

ebdon misses the first long opening shots. 5 reds in the open, all nice , but dott dont has a chance for a good shot and its back to safety play.... ZzzzZZzz someone get me a beer plz,i feel this is gona take long.. dott had a chance, but missed a tough cut and leaves ebdon the table for maybe another cleanence... i sure do hope so. Would be the biggest comeback EVER in history in the crucible. hendry has the record by winning from 8-15 behind to win the next 10 frames..
20-0 for ebdon and5 easy reds ... shouldnt be a problem

adit: ebdon plays a bad position. he finishes to low on the black to come back up, he has to force the folow true, and gets stuck into pik. still a shot left, but hard, he misses and now dots turn.

edited: dott in control, hard work is over and he is leading34-51 with 1 red left, and all colours in place. this should be a formality from now on... BUT he misses the black onhis spot !!! on 51 break. pure tension, ebdon gets another chance he cant refuse !!v omg!! almost missed the green. trumendous kick he had, but lucky green still went in!! ebdon does a funny dance and still cleans for the frame. 9-15

25th frame: some back and forward balkline safety's but pink is totally tied up in the pack of reds... Id love a rerack now, cue otherwise this is going to take ages before a red sticks out. ebdon gets first chance of scoring with a nice long pot.

Peter looks a different player, he's cueing beautifully and I think he's gonna take the frame here.
 
Peter at 26, he really has to take the frame here. Peter missed! This is going to hurt. Peter's break was 34

That i agree. And Dott seems to bit out of balance in his game...maybe the pressure of going to first big win starts to affect.
 
Good carom by Dott to open up a few more reds, you won't get a better chance than this. Dott at 50, if he wins the frame, Ebdon's chances are very slim. He missed!

Amazing, Ebdon can quite easily take the frame here, the first shot is key and he makes it!
 
34-51 and now is Ebdon taking his chance to get closer...looks good, nice start; 41-51 now


I must say that comparing to that nightmare last night this is a totally new ballgame. Ebdon is very strong on his doings at the moment. And he took the frame made it 9-15

Graeme is certainly feeling the pressure, Peter got a bad kick and it just fell! Just the pink required, and...he....makes it! 9-15!
 
25th frame: ebdongets first chance after dott kicked a red out of the pack with his safety. Ebdon pots it, and does a small 17 break.. back to boring safety's...zzzz
 
Score 17-29 difficult red for Graeme, refuses it plays soso safety. Ebdon in trouble after Graeme leaves the white in the jaws of the corner pocket.

What? That safety or that nice combination pot?

Btw, does it look to you same way that Dott is in trouble? Ebdon is stronger all the time and Dott seems to be slowing down.

idd boring.. :s only thing exiting i can imagine now, is if dotts misses some easy balls because of stress. still greath escape from ebdon. now 20 boring minuts coming up.... (sorry i just want some action...)

still hard to believe. Dott is winning 15-9 in the world crucibel championship final and he hasnt made a break over 62.... just freaking unbelievable. im not sure, but i thinkthis is a record too. ps they should add shotclocks in pool. 30sec-1min avg/shot is just to much for me.

Thanks for the updates everybody! This is great!

The BBC is only posting stuff after each frame is over, but they don't suffer for wit. Example:

"Frame 20: Like a couple of chimps in London Zoo, Ebdon and Dott continue to scratch about as the match approaches the mid-session interval."
