So Efren ans Busta will not play in Worl 10 Ball

Hi all,

The world 10 ball event is about 1 week from now, and from the list of players they have on their website Efren and Busta will not have spots in this tourney. Could anyone tell me the reason? Is it because they created another pool association from the current one?

My second question is that, why does Wu play in this tourney? He is a Singaporian now, and there is no way that the Taiwanese could do anything to prevent them to join this tourney?

I don't recall anything like this, in fact I never heard of this before. Could you provide more details?
