What fruit is used, I don't think his name is Greg. Seriously tho, I think they start with crunchy milk and and add a few things to re-hydrate it. Maybe some butter to make it creamy. That's why it's so easy to get food poisioning if you leave it out. It de-hydrates faster.

IIRC it's not fruit based, but, most cooks can whip up a batch in a minute or two
