The third Soaring Eagle Open is set for Jan. 26-29, 2012 at the beautiful Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort in Mount Pleasant MI. This is a singles 9-ball and 8 ball event with a total of $10,000 added by the casino. For more information www.soaringeagleopen.com

I was a 5 when I quit the APA. Does that mean I am still a 5 in this tournament?

I think he is having 3 weekends up there. One is a women's team with men's 9-ball I think.

199 prepaid as of today. May get a few in the mail tomorrow that took longer to get there from the Friday postmark deadline. Only 120 prepaid at this event last year with 167 walk-ins. Anticipating around 120 walk-ins this year. Total field size in 2011 was 287.

Walk-ins will be accepted at this event up until 2 hours prior to all events except the Saturday starts, those are one hour prior.
