Social Group Question

So...I'm banging my head against the wall trying to figure out how to set a display image for a social group. I'm not finding the option for it anywhere, or the option to select an image and set it as default for display. Anyone have any insight they can offer into this? Would like to set an image instead of the gradient with the ?.

Ok, so I've messaged every available active person whom would know about this. Followed all steps given, and applied all common sense available. Still no luck. Is there a way to report this as a bug to be looked into?
