Social Media and Team Management

Does anybody here use some sort of social media (myspace, facebook, twitter...) to manage thier team?

We have a team with a core group of players that plays in 3 different leagues. We have some players that only play in 1 league but may or may not cross over to another to spare when needed.

We wanted a one stop information source to keep all the people on all our teams up to date and get newsletters, see schedules, have a calender of tournament events and arrange for spares.

Does anybody here use anything like this?
 
My team uses a google spreadsheet to keep stats of wins and loses and team scores. I think Google has all the items you are looking for (Shared Documents, Groups, Calendar, etc.)

I used a majority of Google's tools to help a group I was working on a student project with to sync up calendars and files and was happy with it.
