I tried a lot of different tips and I like Elk Master most still!
Second best is milk dud Elk Master

Ultraskin has a pro version of their black tip that is a step softer than their soft.

Ultraskin has two softer than soft:
PRO 61.8
VerySoft 62.2
Soft 64.8

What do you want to accomplish with having the softest tip possible?
The softer the tip, the more it changes throughout it's life and you need to do a lot more maintenance than a normal Soft tip.

A softer feeling hit. I am okay with extra maintenance and more frequent changes.

FWIW, anything leather will respond to superglue as a shaping stiffener. Did that with all my EMs and even a couple LePros.
