Have you considered Google docs for free, Microsoft Excel can do wonders but you have to pay for it and write your own formulas.

If you want something like Leaguesys but not tied to any sanctioning body (Leaguesys is tied to BCA leagues only) then try out http://leaguepoolstats.com. There are quite a few leagues published on the site that you can browse through to see the stats it tracks.
