Cue made by Dan Prather (Father) not Jeff Prather, cue is a player, signed and dated 1994. 6 Points 3High/3Low, cue is maple forearm and coco points, comes with first shafts, and almost new OB shaft, wrap is Irish Linen w/ green specs, OB shaft test hit ( refer to pics). Cue is not perfect, has nicks, on butt in finish from actual play, forearm though is perfect, cue is 8+ of 10. Shafts are straight as is butt. This is a playing mans cue.

Do i see a micarta ferrule on the original shaft or is that just a material the same color

I don't believe its a micarta ferrule, it doesn't have the distinguished yellow color and doesn't seem to have the texture of the old school Micarta ferrules used in the 70s, 80's and 90's.

i do see the same color, however that has been dulicated over the years, and don't remember a texture, i do remember the hit, and it was out of this world, i'm a player
