Solid ivory threaded collar : rambow?

This is the first solid ivory joint I've seen, brunswick with a hoppe ring. I know rambow was quite the innovator with brunswick, do you guys think this is of his hand?

Has anyone seen a solid carved joint like this before? I believe the cue to be 1920-1938 possibly brunswick but definately custom. I personally haven't found any cues with the same joint setup by brunswick or any other maker of the era

How long is the butt and shaft? What are the shaft specs?

I don't have exact specs yet on the cue, overall it is just shy of 60 inches
