Some cues and a case for sale...

Will queue for cues
Silver Member
I, regrettably, am in the position where I have to sell off some cues and stuff. I have to prioritize school and make some sacrifices. The cues I'm selling are a Varney Sneaky Pete and an Edwin Reyes pair. All cues are 60" long and the ER pair has scrims of Allison Fisher, Jeanette Lee and Jennifer Barretta. There are some pictures attached. I will inspect the cues tonight and post all of the specifics, prices and new pictures. The case is a burgundy "eel skin" It's George by Brunswick 2x4 that I'm asking $200 shipped for. If you're interested in the mean time PM me an offer and we'll talk about it. Thanks for your time and for looking at my thread.

Detailed pictures in designated posts below...

Edit: I've decided to go ahead and post the ballpark prices I'm thinking of. For the ER AzB7 and BJX combo I'm asking $3500 and the Varney SP is $200 plus shipping.

Edit #2: I'm lowerig the price on the ER pair to $3000 shipped.

What kind of shape is the case in ???

I think there are a couple of scuffs on it but it's been used mostly for storage so it is in 90+% condition. I'll give it a once over and take some pictures of it when I get home tonight.

Re: the Varney SP

1. ) What's the joint thread?
2. ) Are the butt and shaft both 30" or is one longer than the other (e.g. butt 31" , shaft 29")?

The joint thread is 3/8x10 and it's split 30"/30". Hope this helps.

Pictures of ER AzB7

Here are the pictures. If you look on the picture with the Allison Fisher scrim there is a finish chip in the botton of the butt cap. There is also a very small finish scratch on the diamond to the left of the Jennifer Barretta scrim which you can also see in that particular picture. These are the only blemishes on the cue.

The specifics for this cue are as follows:

Weight: 20.1 oz (16.0/4.1/4.1)
Balance point: 19.5" from butt
Joint: Ivory w/ 3/8x9 radial
Shafts: 2 x 13 mm ivory

Price for pair: $3000 shipped

Zeed ...

I just have never understood how you could have owned so many cues and equipment to begin with, since you are a student, espeicially with escalating enrollment fees for college. You must have a rich uncle somewhere.

No rich uncle Scott. I'm a non-traditional student and, up until recently, have worked full time at a decent paying job. I cut my hours at work to concentrate on finishing up school and then had a little bad luck combined with some less that optimal choices which put me in a tight position financially.

Offers...

I'm open to offers on any of the items. If you're interested shoot me an offer and we may be able to work something out.
