With the recent discussion on adding billiard sports to the Olympics, we have also caught the fever here and come up with some ideas. With some existing CueTable artworks, we have put together some free desktop pictures for people to enjoy. Simply right-click on any of the links below and save the file to your computer

Great artwork Wei! But the numbers made me imagine that's the year cue sports will be at the Olympics... 2186, 2183... even if these are not "olympic" years. Billiards must have lost their chance in 1996 or 2000. Now they are like 9th or 10th in a line of candidates.

I have tried a few other ideas about the numbers with no success. It would be great to hear some suggestions from friends here...

It would be nice to have ball numbers (or letters/symbols) that convey a message to public viewers :thumbup:

The social pages say I've got the best balls of all....(imo)

I think the balls you have are fine (does that sound gay?). I assume you used those because they correspond to the colors of the Olympic rings. If you changed the numbers or colors, then something would be off.

Leave it the way it is. I have it on my desktop at work and it looks fine. If you want to change something, you could make the background design a bit more sports or Olympic related, but I think what you have is cool.

Nice work. It looks very good.

One suggestion: the olympic rings are intertwined (all 5 of them). I think, if you worked something similar and had them overlapped, but maybe a little translucent, it would look more like the olympic rings, but made of pool balls. Just a thought.
