Previous owner stated he bought it from a 16 year old, who subsequently turned "pro", in Chico 3 years ago. I haven't had a chance to take the Allen headed screw of the bumper to see what's underneath.

Nice simple buttsleeve added to a nicely grained, but crappy pointed house cue, that is balanced quite nicely.

Some sneaky's (like yours) are hard to identify. My guess on this one is
A local maker (from wherever cue originated) its
Definitely a house cue conversion...the brown phenolic is very generic.
And the ring work and unmatched buttsleeve look very
"Experimental" IMO...it probably plays lights out..but I don't
